Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Timeframe

  • Metro Manila / NCR: 2–4 business days
  • Luzon (outside NCR): 3–7 business days
  • Visayas & Mindanao: 5–10 business days
  • Remote/Island Areas: 7–14 business days (depending on courier availability)

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
  • Free shipping may be offered during promotions or on orders that meet a minimum spend requirement (to be announced on the website).

Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your package.

Delays

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, or uncontrollable events. Rest assured, we’ll assist in coordinating with the courier if needed.

Return

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you may request a return within 7 days from the date you received your order.

Eligibility for Return:

  • Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
  • Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required.
  • Items that cannot be returned:
    Sale/discounted items
    Personal care, hygiene, or consumable products
    Items damaged due to misuse or negligence

Return Process:

  1. Contact us at SH-RD Philippines Page or 0917-119-2121 with your order details and reason for return.
  2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to our warehouse. (Return shipping cost is shouldered by the customer unless the product is defective or wrong item was sent.)

Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds:
    Processed within 7–10 business days.
    Refunds will be issued through your original payment method (bank transfer, e-wallet, or card).
  • Rejected Refunds:
    If the item does not meet the return conditions, it will be sent back to you at your expense.

Exchange Option:

  • If you prefer, we can replace the defective/incorrect item instead of processing a refund.
